The three-day NEPCON ASIA 2025 Electronics Production Equipment and Microelectronics Exhibition has successfully concluded. At this top-tier event in the electronics manufacturing industry, Youngpool Technology presented six independently developed equipment models, exploring future trends in electronic manufacturing solutions and sharing practical achievements in intelligent and lean production lines.

This time, we showcased not only our in-house developed equipment, but also our mission to “Make Electronics Manufacturing Simpler.”

At the exhibition, Youngpool Technology displayed multiple intelligent equipment solutions covering key stages of the SMT production line:

• L-900 Auto Splicing System: Dedicated 8-24mm carrier tape splicing; support paper and embossed tape; support deep pocket up to 9mm; Excellent FPY up to 98%; standard Intelligent vision system; support MES.
• M-900 Laser Marking System: Supports 4 types of laser (CO2, UV, Green & Fiber) available for optimal performance; Generate high-quality 1D and 2D codes, text, logos, optical characters, etc; Support Top and Bottom dual-head configuration for greater flexibility and throughput; High efficiency, create high quality marks, easy to maintain.
• N-800A Vacuum Degassing System: Inline configuration for easy integration into production line; it removes air bubbles on PCBs after dispensing or conformal coating, ensuring product quality and improving production yield.
• A-500 Dry Ultrasonic Cleaning System: No consumables, non-contact cleaning, ensuring no damage to products and preventing secondary pollution; Perfectly handles various 3D surfaces such as steps, through-holes, etc; Compact design, easy to install and maintain.
• LD-4 Inline Laser PCB Depaneling Machine: Supports both inline and offline modes; equipped with a 60W standard laser, achieves high-speed depaneling; Precision cutting, no mechanical stress, equipment width is only 0.77 meters.
• D-1 Auto Splitting Machine: Supports 8/12/16/24mm tape; support paper and embossed tape; support deep pocket up to 9mm; supports component counting; optional LCR measurement anti-error system; optional screen-printing recognition and comparison; standard smart vision system; automatic empty-pocket detection; tape-width spacing memory; label printing; MES customization.

During the exhibition, the Youngpool Technology booth attracted a continuous flow of visitors, including representatives of electronics manufacturers nationwide, industry experts, and international buyers.
